In the high season we only rent the house as a unit for minimum 12 to maximum 16 persons and only weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Prices summer: € 30,- to 55,- p.p. and night (depending on season)
Prices winter: € 35,- to 60,- p.p. and night (depending on season)

From October to mid-December we only rent on weekends!

Transient occupancy tax
2.80 per person over 15 years of age local tax liability
(will be charged separately).

Changes by the Tourist Board are automatically adjusted.

Final cleaning
135,- for the whole house
(will be charged separately).
