Our cosily furnished holiday home is located in Fulpmes, district Medraz, approx. 1 km from the Hotel Burgstall. The holiday home is especially suitable for small groups and several families up to 18 persons. The bus or ski bus stop (free of charge in winter) and the entrance to the Stubaital cross-country ski trail network are in the immediate vicinity.

In summer, the central location in the heart of the valley makes the house an ideal starting point for numerous hikes and bicycle and mountain bike tours.

In winter there are toboggan runs and walking trails nearby, the skiing area "Schlick 2000" in Fulpmes offers skiing and snowboarding fun for all athletes. The Stubai Glacier, Austria's largest continuous glacier skiing area, can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.
